AEC Studies at Regional Education Fairs
Why we show up in person across Kerala — and what that means for the students, families, and partner universities on the other side of the table.
A prospectus can only tell a family so much. Choosing a university thousands of kilometres away, for a degree that takes years to complete, is the kind of decision most parents want to make after looking someone in the eye — not just after reading a website. That's the gap education fairs close, and it's why in-person outreach has stayed central to how AEC Studies operates since 2002, even as more of the process has moved online.
What a typical AEC Studies fair stop looks like
Our education fair visits are built around three things families consistently tell us they want:
- An on-the-spot eligibility check. Bring your marksheets and NEET score, and a counsellor can tell you, that same day, which programs and countries realistically fit.
- Direct access to program information for the universities we represent — country-by-country, with real answers about curriculum, duration, and recognition rather than marketing brochures alone.
- A private conversation, not a queue. We keep sessions structured so each family gets focused time rather than a rushed five-minute chat in a crowded hall.
Where we go
Our fair calendar is concentrated across Kerala and neighbouring South Indian cities — the region where AEC Studies has built its reputation over more than two decades — supplemented by dedicated information sessions at our Kochi office for families who prefer a scheduled one-on-one meeting over a fair environment.
What to bring if you're attending
- Academic marksheets (10th, 12th/Plus Two)
- NEET-UG scorecard, if you've already appeared
- A list of questions about cost, safety, and recognition specific to your shortlisted countries
- Both the student and a parent, where possible — most of the decisions that matter get made faster when everyone hears the same answers at once
What this means for partner universities
Every fair we attend is also, in effect, a marketing and representation exercise on behalf of the institutions we work with. Universities that partner with AEC Studies get a local, trusted face at these events without needing to staff and fund a physical presence in India themselves — one of the practical advantages of working with an established regional partner rather than building direct outreach from scratch.
Stay informed about upcoming dates
We don't publish a fixed public fair calendar this far in advance, since dates are confirmed with venues closer to each season. The most reliable way to find out about an upcoming fair near you, or to arrange a one-on-one session at our Kochi office, is to get in touch directly.
